Went 5 rounds @ E-town's Sat night import eliminator series to get to the finals against a bone stock Nissan Pathfinder, only to take the 2nd place trophy:
The driver of the SUV is a very good bracket racer and a good friend. So it was fun that we met each other in the finals. Definitely an exciting race. He gets almost a 6 sec start. And then I tree him slightly. Then I reel him in and pass him w/ like 100 ft to go. I slam the brakes so I don't break out. I end up being .02 off my dial, but he's only .01 off. But my better reaction wasn't enough. I LOSE! AARRRGGGHHHH!!!Here are the all my runs on 17.5 lbs boost: time run: 12.533 @ 112.68, 2.053 60' time run: 12.545 @ 112.78, 2.061 60' round 1 : 12.933 @ 88.73, 2.062 60', lifted round 2 : 12.668 @ 104.51, 2.101 60' lifted, .511 r/t round 3 : 12.507 @ 112.66, 2.034 60' got the bye run round 4 : 12.570 @ 109.94, 2.080 60' lifted round 5 : see pic above. BTW, all these runs w/ the newly installed ACPT carbon fiber driveshaft. More weight off the car. Not much gain at the strip. Maybe .1 or .2 better ET @ 1 or 2 MPH more. But feels *GREAT* on the highway. And I do have a slight vibration between 50 to 60 mph. Still a great mod tho.
